- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Good: -Progressive insurance coverage was great/worth it. -Originally $215 for full coverage of a brand new vehicle Bad: -Deplorable customer service -Consistently raises rates via loss of discounts -This agency is manipulative and vindictive -Bait you with a low premium and switch you to a high premium a month later All in all, choose Progressive.
